Paul Evans Returns Policy

Any book found not to be as described may be returned within 10 days for a full refund - including postages. I try to describe books as accurately as possible but inevitably there will be mistakes or misunderstandings from time to time.

In regard to paintings, sketches, photographs and anything of a non-book nature can be sent "On Approval" and returned within 10 days if deemed unsatisfactory. In these instances the customer agrees to pay the costs of Insurance and Postages incurred in sending the goods on approval and will return the item(s) in the same condition as they were sent, within 10 days, at their own expense.

ALL Returns must be notified beforehand and all items sent must arrive back here in the same condition as sent.

Any goods damaged is a thorny scenario. Best to contact me beforehand before returning the goods.
