All prices are Net UK Sterling and Postage will be charged at cost. Unless instructed otherwise all orders abroad will be sent by Air Mail Recorded Delivery.
Payment is Cash on Receipt to past Customers. New Customers and previous latepayers may be asked to pay on a pro-forma Invoice basis.
Payment should be made within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
Payment may be made by Cheque, Cash, Postal Orders or Cash within the UK. Overseas Customers are requested to pay in £ UK or $ USA wherever possible. If you intend to pay in $ USA dollars, please request a dollar Invoice when ordering. Credit Card facilities are available for all customers using CARDNET.
Orders may be placed at anytime by fax or e-mail or post. Telephone orders are best between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. BST. There is an answerphone available outside these hours - please don't be afraid to use it ! The tape runs for one minute only. Please speak slowly and clearly and loudly as I am partially deaf.
Enquiries can also be dealt with by Phone, Fax, E-Mail or Post.
